All tracks written, arranged, performed, recorded, and mixed by Scott Endres at The Pod studio except 4 & 7, which were also initially performed and recorded live with Matt Stevenson and Spencer Lee, by Kris Hilbert & Nick Petersen, respectively.

Drum samples on 1, 3, 6, & 8 are from pieces originally performed by Matt Stevenson, and recorded by Nick Petersen at Track and Field Recording.
